Terms of Service
These terms cover engagements for Anderprise Studio's services: logo & brand identity, business websites, social media setup, animated brand video, and the full launch package. Anderprise Studio is a product of Anderprise Holdings LLC ("Anderprise," "we," "us"), based in Marianna, Arkansas. By hiring us for a project, you ("client," "you") agree to these terms.
Pricing on this site (from $75 for a logo, from $195 for a website, from $125 for social setup, $195–$895 for animated video depending on scene count, from $275 for the full launch package) reflects our standard starting rates. Before work begins, we'll confirm the exact scope, final price, timeline, and payment terms for your specific project in writing.
Payment terms — including any deposit and the schedule for final payment — will be set out in your project quote. Work begins once those terms are agreed. Final files and site access are delivered once payment is complete.
Most projects include a set number of revision rounds, confirmed in your quote. Requests beyond the agreed scope — new pages, a different creative direction, additional platforms — are treated as new work and quoted separately.
Timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed at the start of a project. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or slow access to accounts on your end can push the timeline back. We'll flag it if that happens.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — the logo files, the website as built, the social profiles, the finished video. We may keep and reuse working files and intermediate drafts, and we may showcase the completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Websites, social profiles, and other deliverables are often built on third-party platforms — hosting providers, domain registrars, social networks — each with their own terms and their own ongoing costs (hosting, domain renewal, subscriptions). Those ongoing costs are yours once the project is handed off, unless we've agreed otherwise. You're responsible for your account credentials on those platforms after handoff.
If you cancel a project after work has started, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Any deposit paid to secure your project slot is non-refundable once work has begun.
We build and launch what's scoped in your project — a logo, a working site, an active social presence. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, followers, rankings), since those depend on factors outside our control.
Business information you share with us during a project — financials, unreleased branding, account credentials — is used only to complete that project and isn't shared outside our work with you.
Our services are provided as described in your project quote. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Terms already agreed for an in-progress project aren't changed retroactively.
